Milford, OH – For over 25 years, HomeTeam Inspection Service has been providing fast, trusted and accurate home inspection services throughout the United States, and is proud to debut its newest location in East Denver, CO.

Owner Tim Burns has always enjoyed working in construction. He built his home from the ground up in 1975 and served in the United States Air Force from 1971-1975 as well as serving in the Air National Guard from 1988-1993.  Tim has owned and operated 2 Western Sizzlin Steak Houses (from 1977-1994). After this he was in the construction and remodeling industry spending time as a Millwright at DIA from 1994-1996.  From 1996-2015 he was employed as a District Sales Manager at US Foods.  One of the most interesting jobs he has ever had was managing a mid-size farm in the swamps of Georgia with 250 acres of tomatoes.  Tim always wanted to get into an industry that offered an opportunity to be around construction without having to do the heavy lifting the job required and Home Inspections seemed to fit perfectly.
